i'm actually doing mine in the next few weeks. I already have the motor and intercooler/piping out of my TT (which can be troublesome...just letting you know ahead of time), and i'm getting ready to clean out my water passages. I got lucky and was able to get ahold to another TT-long block and i'm going to rebuild my TT from the ground up. Good luck on your swap should you decide to do it. I will tell you this, the only way your boys are going to be able to complete the swap in a weekend is if they are REALLY efficient or you all work around the clock.
